How to choose
When choosing a repellent, consider the destination, expected insect exposure, user age and application method. Not every format is intended for direct skin application. Current label directions take precedence over general guidance.
Spray for intensive exposure
Mustico Spray is intended for personal protection against mosquitoes, midges and ticks. It contains DEET and Citriodiol; application, frequency and age restrictions are stated on the label. Do not spray directly onto the face, near eyes or mouth, or on broken skin. An adult should apply it to children exactly as directed.
Patches without applying product to skin
Mustico patches are attached to surfaces specified by the manufacturer, such as clothing or equipment, rather than directly to skin. They are convenient near a pram, on a terrace or during shorter outdoor activity. They do not replace protective clothing or checking the skin after visiting tick habitats.
Wristband for outdoor activity
The Mustico wristband is convenient during play, walks or sport. Check the minimum age, duration and water-contact directions on the pack. In areas with intense insect activity, combine a suitable product with long sleeves, trousers and avoiding high-exposure places at dawn and dusk.
Protecting children and safe use
An age stated for one Mustico product must not be assumed for other variants. Always check the label of the specific spray, patch or wristband. Keep products out of children's reach, do not exceed the stated frequency and remove them as directed after returning indoors. Check the skin after outdoor activity regardless of repellent use.
