Product description
A reusable medical device intended to improve the appearance of scars and minimise the risk of abnormal scarring. Sikatris Max lightens, smooths and increases elasticity of the scar, supporting rehabilitation of post-traumatic, post-burn and post-surgical scars. Its transparent form makes it highly discreet. The pack contains 1 patch measuring 5 cm x 30 cm, 1.2 mm thick.
How to use
Wash hands thoroughly before use. Gently wash the scar and surrounding skin with soap, rinse and dry. Take the patch out of the pack — it can be cut if needed. Remove the film, place the adhesive side on the skin and press over the whole surface. Wash the patch, scar and surrounding skin about twice a day with a mild, non-greasy soap (baby soap recommended) and rinse with warm water. Once dry, the patch can be reapplied. Avoid irritating detergents and do not use paper products for drying. The patch may be used for 2–4 weeks.
